Terms of Service

Last updated: [EFFECTIVE DATE — TO BE PROVIDED]

What Tax Letter Desk does, what it doesn’t, and the rules for using it.

1. Who we are

Tax Letter Desk is operated by EPICURE SAS, a company registered in France, 136 rue d’Assas, 75006 Paris, France, [RCS NUMBER — TO BE PROVIDED]. Contact: help@taxletterdesk.com [MAILBOX — TO BE CREATED], or the contact form on this site.

2. What Tax Letter Desk does

3. What it does not do

You can respond to the IRS yourself, for free.

4. Who can use it

5. Your account

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. The link works once and expires after 24 hours.

6. Price and payment

7. Refunds

All sales are final once your response package is created. If your documents show that your notice is outside this service before your package is created, you are refunded in full. If your fee changes from $49 to $179 (see section 6), the $49 already paid is deducted from the $179 fee. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under a law that cannot be waived.

8. Your responsibilities

9. Support and AI

Emily, our support assistant, replies by email, usually within 1 business day. Replies may be drafted with AI. They are general information about the service, not advice.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not responsible for IRS decisions or delays. [COUNSEL TO REVIEW]

11. Changes

The version shown when you pay applies to your purchase. We email you about important changes.

12. Governing law and disputes
